🎨 ORDERING & PERSONALIZATION

How do I personalize my shirt?
It’s simple! On the product page, just type your family name or custom text into the provided text box, or upload your photo using our easy uploader. Our live preview tool will show you exactly how your custom design will look before you click "Add to Cart."
Can I change my custom text or photo after placing an order?
Because we start the custom design and printing process very quickly, you can only make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at support@nesiancustoms.com with your Order Number and the correct details.
What if I spell my custom name incorrectly?
We print exactly what you enter into the personalization box. Please double-check your spelling and capitalization before completing your purchase. Nesian Customs is not responsible for spelling errors made by customers.

 

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to get my order?

Since every single item is custom-made, personalized, and printed specifically for you, our fulfillment process is divided into two stages:

  • Production & Printing Time: 3 – 5 business days for all orders.

  • Shipping Time:

    • United States: 5 – 9 business days.

    • International (Worldwide): 7 – 15 business days, depending on your country's customs processing and local postal services.

  • Total estimated delivery time is usually 8 – 14 business days for U.S. customers and 10 – 20 business days for international orders.

Where do you ship to?
Nesian Customs proudly ships our custom apparel worldwide. No matter where you are located—whether across the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Europe, or the Pacific Islands—we will deliver your island pride straight to your doorstep.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your shirt is printed and handed to the shipping carrier, we will email you a tracking number. You can visit our [Track Your Order] page, paste your number, and see the real-time status of your package.


👕 SIZING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I know which shirt size to buy?
Our shirts are tailored to standard U.S. sizing, ranging from S to 10XL. To find your perfect, comfortable fit, please check our official [Size Guide] page and compare your measurements to our size chart before ordering.
How should I wash my vintage island shirts?
To keep the tropical colors vibrant and the fabric soft, we recommend machine washing cold with similar colors, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over any custom printed elements.


💳 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my shirt if I change my mind?

Because each item is one-of-a-kind and customized uniquely for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is misprinted, please send us a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily print and ship you a brand-new replacement for free!
